How to buy, pay and send the goods from Thailand?
Our shop of Thai cosmetics Attentive.ru operates solely on the basis of 100% prepayment. Foreign shops can not work on the COD system. All products are shipped from Thailand all around the world!
To place your order you should:
Choose the product and press the red button "Add to Cart" and then you can proceed with your purchases;
After completing all the purchases go to the basket in the upper right corner of the site. Press "Checkout"
The system will automatically calculate the weight of your parcel, shipping cost, and your cumulative discount.
Fill in all the fields. We advise you to register on our website; it won’t take you more than 1 minute, but will give you the following benefits: Your orders will be participating in a system of cumulative discounts! You will always be able to track the status of your order; you can change or add something to your order, with the next purchase you will not have to fill in your address. You will see the history of all your purchases.
And now you can choose the payment method that suits you best.
Do not forget at the end of all operations to press the “Place the order" bottom.
After payment, we ask you to tell us the payment method that you used and to what bank account you transferred the money, the order number or the name that you wrote when you submitted the order. You can send this information to us in the feedback form on the website through a web consultant, our mail, Skype and others.

Shipping depends on the weight of the goods and is calculated at the rates of Thailand Post and te Post of the destination country.
Dear Customers, we will process your order after the payment. If some positions are not available, we will contact you and negotiate the replacement of the goods with similar ones or with some novelty of our shop.
Processing, packing and shipping of your order can take up to 3 business days (usually it is 1 working day), depending on size and complexity. In some cases (public holidays and weekends), the period of the order may be delayed for the reasons that are beyond our control. For example, one of the ordered products is not commercially available. In this case, you will decide whether you would like to wait for a while, or you want to change this product for the one with similar properties, or you would like to leave this product out.

As soon as your parcel is processed it is shipped to your address via the method that you chose. At the same time you get the unique number of your package (tracking number) from us. You can use it to track your parcel on ThaiPost (while the package is located on the territory of Thailand), and then at the website of your local Post Office.
We will take pictures of all of your goods for you and send you the photo. And we will make photos of your packed parcel with your address at the Post Office. If you need help, please contact us by mail or contact us via Skype, we will help you find the right product or cosmetic. And if you have not found what the product that you want on our site, please contact us, we will look for it for you and send it from Thailand to your city. All our goods are sent from Thailand, where our shop is located. Upon the receipt of the goods at the post office you don’t need to pay any extras!
